A BILL to amend and reenact section ten, article two, chapter sixty
of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to the current location of
offices of the alcohol beverage control administration.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section ten, article two, chapter sixty of the code of
West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSIONER.
§60-2-10. Offices

The offices of the commission shall be maintained at the state
capitol and shall be the regular place of meeting of the commission
in Kanawha County, West Virginia.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to allow alcohol beverage
control administration to remain located at 322 70th Street, South
East, Charleston, Kanawha County, West Virginia.

GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION COMMITTEE AMENDMENTS

On page one, section ten, line twenty-two, by striking out the
word "commission" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "alcohol
beverage control administration";

On page one, section ten, line twenty-four, by striking out
the words "Kanawha County,";

And,

On page one, by striking out the title and substituting
therefor a new title, to read as follows:
